Quick & Efficient. Everyone was extremely helpful, and got me taken care of in a timely manner.
I feel that the cost per month plus the $100 fee per repair is a lot of money. Sometimes it's cheaper to fix things myself which completely negates the need for a warranty.
I have been satisfied with them, wish their call center was in the US. Sometimes is a pain dealing with non native english speakers.
