After we purchased our home, a number of things broke in rapid succession that would have cost us an uncomfortable amount of our savings, but our Landmark Home Warranty was there to help. They were responsive to our needs and their contractors and technicians were professional and knew their trades well. I was impressed with the response I got when the fan assembly went out on our air conditioner. They had someone at our house in an 18 hour turn around. Originally, a company that is based 90 miles away was called and they could not respond in less than four days (the city they were coming from was in triple digits and so they were very busy. I called the company and spoke to a service person, and she was able to locate a company here locally that came to our home four hours later. I was very pleased.
