I've always been happy with their service and product and timeliness.
It seems that after giving them over 1200 over the past few years they should be able to cover more of the cost of my water heater.
Fast and courteous customer service. We have used them three times in our new home and they delivered as advertised.
Landmark has provided lots of helpful information. When we had need to make a claim they found an excellent service provider. They only reason for 4 vs. 5 stars is that they needed a few days to find a service provider in our more rural area.
Great home warranty plan! We had a policy from Landmark a few years back and they ALWAYS delivered as promised. From customer service to actual service we had nothing but good interactions and services. They were able to get someone to service our furnace the next day! When it is the middle of January and very cold outside it was amazing to work with Landmark and have things resolved and fixed in 24 hours!
We used LHW last year when we moved into our new home in Nampa ID last year and decided to renew our membership for 2020. They were prompt in handling our request and followed up on the scheduled service.

They were able to schedule a repair service the following day. Excellent!
They are for the most part good but messed up on my account and charged me twice per month instead of one fee. It was eventually taken care of but shouldn''t have happened in the first place
