Landmark has provided lots of helpful information. When we had need to make a claim they found an excellent service provider. They only reason for 4 vs. 5 stars is that they needed a few days to find a service provider in our more rural area.

Great home warranty plan! We had a policy from Landmark a few years back and they ALWAYS delivered as promised. From customer service to actual service we had nothing but good interactions and services. They were able to get someone to service our furnace the next day! When it is the middle of January and very cold outside it was amazing to work with Landmark and have things resolved and fixed in 24 hours!
