This is our third year using Landmark Home Warranty. Unfortunatley since we bought an older home we have made a handful of claims. The largest being an A/C outside compressor unit. Every single time we've filed a claim Landmark Home Warranty has responded quickly. They have never sent our a less than quality service company to work on our claim. They have chosen well known and great companies to preform the repair or replacement work for our claims

Maybe all home warranty companies are like this, but whenever we have a claim, it takes too long to get results. Landmark takes the steps right away, but the companies they work with take too long. At least 3-5 days to come to your home and sometimes a week or two to get things fixed. I understand that they may be booked, but it feels like they don't prioritize Landmark's customers since we are guaranteed. I think that Landmark should require them to complete work faster, or work with better companies.

I felt like they wanted to help but it is hard when you have to put in multiple contracts, and also mine got tied in with another person. But they dealt with it professionally, just took extra time.
