Each time I’ve spoken with a customer service representative from Landmark Warranty they have been of great help and courteous. They have been able to assist me with any issues I called on.

I had a Landmark Home Warranty for a previous home. I thought the product was good but seemed overpriced for the times I actually used it. The claim process was pretty confusing but the customer service department is very helpful. I don't think I would purchase another warranty from them.

Overall they're very good at responding and taking care of our issues. Their contractors have been very good.

I would have done 5 stars but I was disappointed not to be offered the $35 coupon until now. I paid in full last July! Disappointed it's not offered for my renewal
