I feel like I''m just a number when I call... The service fee to have someone e come out is $100 so sometimes it cost more money to make a claim than to find someone else on the open market!

When a appliance has issues just a few weeks after having it serviced, I don't think I should have to pay another service fee.

If there is a new issue, a new service request will need to be opened with a new fee. Landmark guarantees our contractor's work for 30-days after the repair. The people are very nice and helpful but the coverage is not what I expected. They covered less than half the cost of replacing my ac.

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with a mistake someone made. It was escalated to a supervisor. This supervisor went above and beyond to fix the issue.
