I had a very pleasant experience talking to Karen in the sales department and getting set up for my new home warranty plan with Landmark Home Warranty. My plan goes into effect 11/29/19 so I haven't had a claim yet at this time.
When purchasing a new home I explored the option of another company but after speaking with the companies, either their lack of knowledge or disorganized progress made me confirm my choice with landmark.
So far they have come through for me when I needed them.
