Handled request promptly & efficiently without having to wait for the serviceman who was knowledgeable & professional.
Once I put my request through their website they were speedy and on top of getting my issue taken care of even for a weekend. Ieas definitely happy with the service. The only issue I have was that I couldn't get a hold of anyone by phone which didn't matter in the end anyway.

They came through when I needed them, but then it took nearly two months to get a pick up on a wrong order, they had ordered. I had to call or email them every week. Otherwise, they would have 5 stars.
