It took far too long to approve the refrigerator repair. Over 2 weeks and I ended up tossing over $300 of food. Otherwise it was fine

I'm pretty pleased with Landmark so far. We bought a 14-yr-old house and paid for Landmark's home warranty. They cover quite a bit with the warranty. Within the first 6 months the dishwasher, the fridge, and the microwave all had problems. They repaired the dishwasher (two different problems at two different times) and the fridge. When the part for the microwave was unavailable, they sent us a couple hundred dollars toward getting a new microwave.
