Our water heater went out on us a few months back and contacted Landmark Home Warranty company. We did not get a hold of them at first, left a message for them to call us back and they did return our call promptly. They referred to a local plumbing company that handles their home warranty claims and through the plumber we received an upgraded water heater through one of the local plumbing supply houses.
