Spoke with Mr Kenneth C very courtesy and polite who helped me with the renewal process thank you as for having a great realtor (Elle Realtor) she recommended Landmark Home warranty only had two service requests the contractors very professional and the staff at Landmark do their best to accommodate the customer and for that I'm grateful thank you once again
After having a full coverage warranty with Landmark for 6 years and having hardly any service calls to justify the $3500 invested, I was looking at other warranty companies. Ken C called me and not only helped me modifying the coverage to better fit my needs, but also my budget as I am on a fixed income. He did a fabulous job when it comes to Client retention and I am not only very impressed, but also pleased that I can quit researching other Warranty companies.
