Horrible customer service and policy guidelines that need updating to meet customer needs.
You ignore my billing questions. I will not be signing up again.
They deny everything. They hang up on you. They send inept contractors that are in on it so they can avoid repairing issues. I had a leaky furnace, and their contractor couldn't find the problem. However, an outside contractor found the problem immediately. Weird how that works! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They have been extremely attentive on the phone but our first experience wasn't that great. Between them and the company they referred us to to fix our air conditioner, it was a complete disaster. One company would blame the other one because they didn't get this, they didn't do that, or they said they already sent that, etc. That first experience was not very pleasant. Some experiences have been good, some have been awful. Labor day weekend, for instance, we had a leak develop in the plumbing underneath the house. They couldn't find an emergency plumber to come out and fix it, so we had to turn the water on and off from the street. It was a big hassle and they were not very polite about it. We've had to make 2 claims, and both times, within 2 days, they had someone with me that was scheduled to fix the problem for us. It was the furnace that had a dirty sensor, so he came in, fixed it, and that was that.
Awful service; a high of 102 w/ a/c failure does not constitute an emergency!
Not happy with the way that they got out of paying a claim that I had.
I had an emergency and yet Landmark was going to let me wait over 72 hours to get it resolved. The contract plumbers landmark uses will not work on Weekends and so I was told I would have to be without water for 3 days. I had to keep calling and keep calling to raise this issue. I don't understand why when they could not find a plumber that could respond in 24 hours that I had to keep asking to go up to the chain of command to get help. It was a joke. Had a flood in my basement and water coming out of the main line.
