Customer service has been good. I've had to use the service twice for air-conditioning and they were very efficient.

Bought house Dec 16, 2016. A/C was out the work was not covered..in fact unit was only covered with a Carrier outer shell..inside it was filed off serial numbers and actually probably no other warranty would have covered..TExas scam apparently with bad batch of pieced together a/ C.Same deal with the hot water tank, made fun noise..warranty did not cover that..we were not sure but we certainly had to call someone to come and charge us 570 dollars..on and on..no matter what the prob..plumbing etc..it is not covered..should be... read more

I'm not totally satisfied with their customer support. My A/C wasn't working, and they sent people each time I called them, and it was still not working. I had to pay a service fee each time. On top of that, they sent the same company over and over, because they said they had to take ownership of their problem and work. Finally, I called them and told them to replace it, but the person I spoke to said they'd send someone from another company. Customer service gives me the information that I need and are responsive. When I needed to re-key our house, the person showed up on time and did an excellent job. They were very professional. I don't hesitate to use my warranty if I need it.

My recent experiences have been very frustrating. There are many loopholes written in to the contract, so service cannot be provided at all. I've tried to use it several times, but it's usually denied for one reason or another. My roof leak fix was denied because it wasn't in the living quarters. They never explained that to me when I purchased it. The air-conditioning was not repaired for almost a week because it was considered an emergency, even though it's 110 everyday in Phoenix. We got the warranty when we first bought our house, and we just continued with it. Right now we're trying to use it. Our air-conditioner isn't working and we're having problems getting them to resolve it and get the problem taken care of. We're actually a little frustrated with the customer service. We've had people here like 5 times, and we're still having problems. The lack of communication from the contractors I have worked with, specifically Restore It Home Services, has been awful. As a contractor of choice for Landmark, they represent Landmark in the type of service provided, and it's been one heck of a ride. Their lack of communication is exhausting.

Considerable neglect, disorganization, and inconsideration for their customers. Literally cant beg someone to communicate with you. Spent 6 months, all of summer with no air conditioner, spent over $1500 plus two years of premiums...not happy with literally anything. I've missed 10 days of work spent over 8 hours on the phone and they want me to update my review. Their contractor literally threatened to yank out my air conditioner and leave me without ac again bc landmark didnt communicate they would cover $240 for freon. Th... read more
