I've always looked for extra space for things that I don't usually don't use. I've seen a lot of storage space locations but the customer service to those locations was horrible. Finally went to this extra storage space and man! First I was greeted by Michelle she saw I was clueless. She offered to help, great customer service! I believe she was the manager on site. First time ever needing extra storage so I didn't know much about the process but thankfully I came to the right location because I was helped by Michelle who explained The whole process and monthly payment plans and made it way more easier than I expected. I recently rented a small storage space from here and it was a pleasant experience. Very friendly staff and the facility is well maintained. When I arrived at the facility, I asked if I could see the size difference in the smaller units and the person working was happy to show me around. He walked me over to both spaces, and after I decided on one, he quickly processed the paperwork to get me on my way. He went out of his way to assist and I appreciate the great customer service!
Brittany and Juan were great and the facilities is clean. I was very satisfied. I won a auction and it was quiet and easy
