I was pleasantly surprised by the manager, Cathy, and how she was so informative, friendly, and helpful in the meeting we had. She had to call me a couple times since my biz was slammed and I appreciate the follow up and reminders to come by after I made a reservation online. I decided to rent the space and she accommodated the need I had while sticking with the online price I was quoted, got me set with a lock which they sell there, and helped make sure the gate opened with the code she gave me. Ever since this corporation took over I have been harassed by managers and by texts as well as having had my rent increased by 40 percent. This is a greedy and oppressive corporation that only cares about its profits and not about its customers.
