I was pleasantly surprised by the manager, Cathy, and how she was so informative, friendly, and helpful in the meeting we had. She had to call me a couple times since my biz was slammed and I appreciate the follow up and reminders to come by after I made a reservation online. I decided to rent the space and she accommodated the need I had while sticking with the online price I was quoted, got me set with a lock which they sell there, and helped make sure the gate opened with the code she gave me. The convenience of the storage to my home was just to amazing to pass up. Although it was a previous storage place, the transition to Extra Space had been smooth and they always communicated what was new. The price is pretty much the going rate as with everything else but we are in a different economy now a days so have to take the food with the bad...i would still recommend this site for your storage needs...

I've been at the storage space for over a year and it switched over to extra storage space and I was having a problem at first but miss Cathy got all my business together and straighten everything out and help me have a better day so I just like to say I have good service.

The app to access the gate stated the gate access was denied because I was trying to enter "After Hours". The posted access and office hours time start at 8:00 AM and I was trying to enter the gate at 8:05 AM. I got there at 7:45 AM and waited until 8:00 AM, 8:02 AM, 8:05 AM to try gate access app, before calling customer support. I called customer support, and the person I spoke with was awesome. He called the office and then the cell phone of the office person, who stated that he was on-site would go to the front gate. ... read more

I rented a storage unit from a company that was bought up by this company. From the second they took over there were problems, first I had to re apply for the unit that I already had by filling out all new paperwork. Then there was an automatic payment snag that required an extra visit to the office to straighten out. Since then they have added charges for insurance and a rent increase that amounts to a 30 percent increase. Now when I visit my unit I'm harassed about the amount of time I spend there.
