I needed to get a space quickly. Their customer service did everything over the phone while I was driving--that's how easy and thorough it was. I moved things in the next morning.
Hector was great. I highly recommend this place ! If you're looking for a storage come see him l. Just rented a storage unit that is nice and clean and the office is also nice and clean l. Best overall service in town

I have dealt with both Jeff and Eldwin, and they are both shining examples of how employees can make an organization stand out. Courteous and professional in their manner, they each made me feel good about picking their company to store my things. I would not hesitate to recommend this Extra Space Storage location to anyone.
I had a nice spot right next to the elevator and it was quite large - the fellows behind the desk were always helpful and responsive when I needed to ask questions. It was in a good location and it was clean. I would use it again if I need a space.

This is a very clean, convenient and safe storage facility. I love this place!!! Great customer service too.
Great customer service! I have been a patron at this facility for over 3 years for extra storage space and it is always clean, professional service and secure. Multiple entrances/exits and great hours for grabbing your things when needed. Front desk folks are transparent, upfront and always open for questions. Location was perfect for my personal and business use. I am moving or else I would still have my things in the unit!

I started renting my unit in October of 2023. Since it was on autopay I didn't really pay attention to the incremental rent increases. By January of 2025 my rent had almost tripled (!) They explained that it was because it's a month to month lease they can do that so of course I terminated my lease. Too bad because I felt it was a safe and clean facility with great customer service.
