Very clean, gate always works, and office folks are friendly ... BUT ... if you expect good corporate service you're at the wrong place. My rent has been raised twice in a year and a half. I started at $250 then 3 months later is was raised to $350, and I never received a notice. They told me the post office confirmed it ... hum ... I asked the post office and they didn't know what ExtraSpace was talking about. I called the local office and they reduced my new rate to $306.
