This business deserves Gold stars. I personally had a the greatest experience. I needed a storage ASAP and they where so prompt and had best prices. Arriving to the storage late after office hours their customer service contact was available and very helpful. The unit was so clean and accessible. I came across an issue where my log in wasn't working for me. But the contact number was available and had patience to walk me through and get me in. Definitely would recommend this business for storage needs.

What can I say? All I can say is that Vicky was amazing. She was very patient with me. I was coming in and out of town and she was available to discuss my options via telephone as well as the internet. She greeted me with a smile and she knows exactly what she needs to know about storage units!! Was pleasantly surprised that an Extra Space storage had opened in my neighbourhood. Had a lovely chat with Vicky, who answered all of my questions about available units and pricing. She also demonstrated all of the security measures in place and the easy accessibility to the units. We were impressed with everything and leased a unit on the spot. Can't thank Vicky enough for all her help.
This place is way better then any other storage companies and extremely secure! It's also very neat and clean. There customer service is amazing. Vicky helped me purchase my storage unit and it was nice and easy AND SUPER FAST, she is the best along with other friendly staff members! These guys (and gals) are just great! Attentive and friendly. Storage units are clean and secure. Climate controlled. Plenty of carts to use for moving heavy or bulky items easily. Unit prices are competitive. Driveway looks a little scary at first, but I was able to pull in a 26' rental truck with no problem. I would highly recommend checking them out.
