These guys (and gals) are just great! Attentive and friendly. Storage units are clean and secure. Climate controlled. Plenty of carts to use for moving heavy or bulky items easily. Unit prices are competitive. Driveway looks a little scary at first, but I was able to pull in a 26' rental truck with no problem. I would highly recommend checking them out.
This place thinks not turning AIR ON is the area to cut costs?!?! WRONG!! It's hellishly awful and despite raising this concern EVERY time I go there, nothing is ever done about it. Not only is it miserably, unbearably hot, there is no air flow, so I feel like I'm going to pass out each time I step out of the elevator. How dare them advertise this place as climate-controlled!! My toiletries are melted and sticky, so I paid to have my stuff ruined. It is far worse than any other storage facility I have ever been to in regards... read more
Lack of empathy Customers can't reach you Poor automated phone prompts Long wait times. Jeremy the manager that works at this location has bad customer service. The parking lot is filthy and dirty.

The elevator has been out for a week and will not be repaired for another half a week at the earliest. I had to carry an entire extended cargo van worth of items up three floors of stairs last week. And a week on, they still have not had the courtesy to notify any of their customers by email. Unless you call, you'll just show up at the facility with your stuff and have no way to actually get to your unit, except through an emergency stairwell.
