I had a very pleasant appointment with Tiffany! She was awesome! There are definitely rats and bugs, not to mention the state of the occupied units around mine being filled with food and other detritus that promotes that.
Terrible customer service and absolute abuse of trust by the managers at this location. They are completely unfair, took my money, and flat out refuse to return it, making up every excuse possible. They do not care about customers at all. Be very careful before renting here; look for other options if you don't want to lose your money. Totally dishonest!"

I have been renting a storage unit from an Extra Space Storage location for 6 months now. I was given a promotional rate of $129 for the first 6 months, and told verbally that once the rate ended I would be charged $179 a month after that. That is also about the rate that the Extra Space website currently lists as the non-promotional rate for my unit. Instead the corporate office for Extra Space raised my rate to $229. If they refuse to honor their agreements they should not be receiving business
