Very nice facility with very nice management, Vicky was really kind and flexible. The storage units are clean and safe. The only reason I didn't provide 5 stars is because after a few months, they doubled the price. I was provided notice through written mail but didn't see in before being charged. They weren't willing to work with me so on price so I did eventually move out.

It's a bit dirty they need to power wash the parking area and clean better. The elevators are gross and break down a lot and the carts are gross too. Extra space as a company needs to stop renting to people online without vetting them, it causes a lot of issues. Prices are a bit high too. Overall it's a good storage facility so far. Posting pics so they can see how they need to clean better/more often. They do that, maintenance the elevators more often and install an automatic gate opener this location would be way better!

Had a very easy process in leasing a storage unit here. The location is convenient to where I'm located, super clean, and the employees are helpful. Haven't had one issue since starting my rental here! I love the easy accessibility, the carts provided, and how clean the facility is.

We rented a storage unit this week with Vicki's help. She was terrific! We were shown available unit options and provided information, but never pressured. Her knowledge was precise and direct customer service. Something lacking in today's world unfortunately. Made a call back for a question and spoke with Mike, another outstanding representative! Looking forward to a seamless and pleasant experience with Azusa Extra Space Storage.

Rented online and was ready the next day. The site manager Vicky was very helpful and walked me to the unit explaining how to everything works. Very friendly staff and plenty of security measures to ensure your storage unit is safe.

I'll admit, I was wary of this company after reading the reviews. However, I can say that my experience with Extra Space thus far has been top notch. It was easy to submit a reservation online. The staff called me soon after I made my reservation to talk about my needs. I requested to come see the facilities and was accommodated.
