Quick and very easy to rent. Great customer service rented online and got a call asking if I needed any assistance.

I signed up for a storage.space online and upon arrival the ladies at the front were courteous and helpful. Delia and Vicky informed us where our locker was located, what doors to use, and how to operate the lock system. The facility was clean and easy to access. Would highly recommend to others.

I recently had my unit broken into. Security is non existent at the Azusa location. My unit was broken into by the vacant adjacent unit that had no lock. The facility puts on a plastic flimsy secure tag on those units. They didn't even offer a months rent free after my unit was broken into. They didn't keep my items secure so why should I have to pay for that. The way they secure vacant units is unacceptable. Security is a joke and pretty much non existent.
