In April 2021 we rented a 5x10 for $66 per month. One month after moving our stuff in, they RAISED the rate $44 to $110 per month. It is a month-to-month rental and the contract says they can raise rates at any time, but what a crappy thing to do. Clearly they understand how much work it takes to move stuff and think they can get away with this, meaning that we will pay for it. By the way, we won't.

My experience was absolutely amazing! Wes was professional, polite and understood and met all of my storage needs. He recommended a storage based on my needs. This facility is clean, quiet and was easy to locate my unit, once inside. I definitely recommend extra space storage!
