The rental experience was easy and the employees were knowledgeable and helpful. The units and building are very clean and well maintained. The ability to drive inside to load and unload is fantastic. The locks provided are a little tricky to learn. The only big problem I've had is that 2 months into my rental I still don't have access to my online account and they can't figure out the problem. Even resetting my password doesn't work.

Great facility, very clean and reasonably priced!!! I was able to drive the moving truck into the building and unload inside. This is a great feature!!!
