Super easy to move in and such easy access to move in more things whenever I want to.
They made it so easy to rent a unit. Helped with size and affordability of the best unit for my needs.
It was so easy to rent a space thanks to the associate that I worked with. The facility is easy to access and extremely clean.
I have stored my items in 4 different locations in two states over the past few years and recently moved all of my items to Extra Space Storage in Oak Creek/Franklin. The staff was awesome! Wes Brown and Brittany made the process quick and easy. Wes has been very accommodating and kind. The location is clean and I feel safe in this location as compared to other locations. I've also found the other tenants to be nice and friendly too. It's an A+++ in my book, I highly recommend!

My experience with extra space storage has been extraordinary The Staff alone has helped me in so many ways the drive up service the cleanliness just everything about Extraspace gets a 10 the other customers are nice as well
Unit was easy to locate and accessible. I was able to get a unit beside my dad's and we got a lockset for two units.
