Great customer service & friendly environment
I have use Extra Space Storage units for approx 6 years now. They are always clean secure with climate control. I've used them in different state with all of my experiences being the same. The sales associates are very helpful and pleasant.

The sales rep on the phone walked me through everything as it was my first time renting a unit and the facility is very clean and brightly lit.

Sherman was the BOMB (Durham NC) , he was so helpful. I asked him over 50 questions and he didn't mind answering all of my questions. He was smiling the entire conversation even though we was talking via phone I felt his energy. My day wasn't going so good but he somehow managed to make me feel better. Thank you Sherman we need more people like you in this world . If I could give 30 stars I would. (Stay Safe during COVID19)
