Nothing but positive feedback to share. I'll be honest, the main reason that I chose this self-storage location was the number of positive reviews, not only for this business, but for employee Mr. Thurston Leak, and I was not disappointed! My customer service expectations were not only exceeded, they were blown out of the water. Another great experience at Extra Space Storage with assistance from Thurston! I was in need of an additional unit, in order to meet my timeline, and Thurston came to my rescue! He was able to quickly assigned to a unit that was adjacent to my existing rental.
