I purchased the adjustable 28-48" shelves with rods. (3 total) once I opened the package, there was a brochure showing a shelf without a rod. I called and talked to Mike to see if I could exchange just the end brackets and middle section and he went above and beyond to get me the shelf brackets in a very timely manner! I purchased the shelves originally from EZ shelf online. Thank you again! Can't wait to have them installed!

I like this shelving system. It is great in the design. I would highly recommend. Price is affordable. I like that you do not have to cut into any of the wall to put the shelving in.
We installed the system in a new closet. It is perfect and makes good use of the space. It went up quickly and looks nice. This system totally meets my needs and expectations.
