Quality service from EZ shelf I called EZshelf because I overloaded my bar and it bent. EXCELLENT service. Sent me replacement bar and I purchased an additional support bracket. Prompt, friendly, helpful. Renew my faith in good business practices ( and humanity).

Easy to set up and use [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I set this up very easily, and it's very attractive on my counter. Setting up the water tank took a little time but wasn't difficult at all. Once set up, it's really just a couple of button presses to dispense water, from cold to lukewarm to hot. (The ability to make hot water removes the need for an electric tea kettle which was a nice surprise.) The water definitely tastes filtered and a little better than tap water. Efficient system [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The filtration system does its job well, no complaints. Only downside from my perspective is the size as I live in an NYC apartment. If you have space for this you will enjoy! Super easy to get fresh water.

Very Nice! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really neat, pretty convenient countertop reverse osmosis filter. Water is added into the machine's container up to the fill line and once the machine is plugged in it does everything except refill itself. The tank only holds two gallons, so the water will need to be refilled frequently. Finally! Great tasting water without plastic. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm amazed at how delicious tasting this water is. My son easily installed it for me and after he tasted the water he said what a great Christmas gift this would be (hint hint). I'll see what I can do about that.

Obsessed! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed with this countertop water machine! It fits perfectly and isn't too large. It was a little confusing at first but that's just me thinking I didn't need to read what to do. Just read it and or will be rather easy! So worth it!
