Excellent Customer Service ! I ordered a system that required two long shelf’s (Top & Bottom) for the back wall - and the same for the two shorter ends of the closet. After checking the packing list for each box, all parts appeared to be accounted for. The install was very easy - and the company’s installation video made things even easier. Wish it was sturdier Was looking for a sturdy solution after having the standard wire shelving fell for the second time. Our closest is 70 inches wide and while the end brackets are awesome the bars and center support can't handle the weight. Put clothes in the closet and the center of the bar and outer end of the center support sagged about an inch. Even worse than the old wire shelves. Knowing that would eventually fail I had to add a 2x3 wood support under the center support. Not ideal and definitely ugly but it works. Fo... read more

If a 77 year old woman can do this, anyone can I have a large walk-in closet and no idea how to use the space. Certainly didn't want to pay thousands to have a company come to design & install for me. Bought this ez shelf kit without even knowing how it should all go together, but it really isn't difficult at all. Just sort out the pieces, watch the video & you can build your shelves. Attractive, Adaptable and Sturdy There are several excellent features that this shelf system has to offer. I) The adaptable, flexible length of the tubing allows for installation in custom fit spaces.
