Perfect! Everything it says it is! Very happy with it. After a cheap one fell out of my daughter's closet this was a perfect replacement! Its sturdy and easy to install. I needed an extra set of hands but nothing a mama with a drill cant handle! Would definitely recommend! Now my daughter can use her closet again!

Excellent Customer Service ! I ordered a system that required two long shelf’s (Top & Bottom) for the back wall - and the same for the two shorter ends of the closet. After checking the packing list for each box, all parts appeared to be accounted for. The install was very easy - and the company’s installation video made things even easier. However, as I approached the end of my installation, it became apparent that I came up several pieces short. I contacted Dave 1-2 days before Christmas about the problem. Wish it was sturdier Was looking for a sturdy solution after having the standard wire shelving fell for the second time. Our closest is 70 inches wide and while the end brackets are awesome the bars and center support can't handle the weight. Put clothes in the closet and the center of the bar and outer end of the center support sagged about an inch. Even worse than the old wire shelves. Knowing that would eventually fail I had to add a 2x3 wood support under the center support. Not ideal and definitely ugly but it works. Fo... read more
