I like it.It was remarkable.
Dr. Dougherty almost cost me my life after a surgery she performed. I would not recommend anyone to be seen by her.
A 10-minute consultation was billed at $511.95! That's before purchasing the prescribed medication. Be prepared to pay $$$$ for a job not done. They had quoted me $300 before consultation but seems to have inflated the costs so that my insurance wouldn't be a relief of payment. They represent what is wrong with the current healthcare system.
Went in for a hemorrhoid banding and Dr Stern acted like I was an interruption that he didn't have time for. Didn't answer my questions or ask about my symptoms. His office called four times to move my appointment up by only 15 minutes then he kept me waiting beyond the original later time when there was no one else in the office. Very small office in Alexandria. Would never go back.
Awful. I would not recommend Dr. Stern. He recommended surgery and said that I would not get better without surgery. I went to another doctor and he said that I didn't even have what Dr. Stern said that I had. This doctor said I did not need surgery. Beware of Dr. Stern. Go elsewhere.
Her office cancelled our appointment at the last minute. The incident has spared us having to entrust our medical care to an establishment that can't even manage something as basic as patient-scheduling. But it is not just about the time wasted and the money you lose because of having taken time off from work -- ultimately, it is about patient-care and professionalism.
I underwent a skin cancer surgery by Dr Matzie. She clearly explained to me the next phase of the treatment that would not require further surgical procedure.
Donald Colvin may be a good doctor, but my experience with the practice was not good. I sat down for 5 minutes with a PA, and she messed up completely, compared to what my referring PCP sent me for. When I tried to straighten out the problem by having them call my doctor, I got a very non-customer focused people who really didn't care. As well, after my insurance paid their portion of the bill, my bill was $134.00 for the 5 minute talk with the PA. Did not seem like a well run practice.
Don't come here. Go to the different doctor. She is not attention to detail. I was trying to explain about the symptoms and history of it. She fitted me off and rushed me. We ended up miscommunicated. I went to the procedure that I didn't want to. Go to he different doctor if you want to stay in good health.
