When I was referred to her care, I presented to her office for my first visit teary and hopeless about my physical challenges. Decades of trying to adapt and withstand had withered my resilience. Dr. Matzie listened, understood, and then went into action. She formulated a plan which eventuated into a very creative and amazingly successful surgery. I'm so blessed and grateful.

Went to Dr. Stern to discuss setting up a colonoscopy as I was due for one and had moved to the area. Figured it would be a bit wasteful as I have done this before. I was wrong - his office had already tracked down my prior results and he went over prior findings - I had actually forgotten some of things. He explained what we would need to do and some of the risks I hadn't realized. He took far more time than I had anticipated. I felt very confident in him and his staff.
