Clean and close location The hotel is very nice but it's located in a not-great ("up-and-coming") part of Brooklyn. There is plenty of free street parking within a couple blocks, if you are willing to look. The only real problem was that there's nothing near by as far as pharmacies (Walgreens, CVS, etc.) so good luck if you forget toiletries. Free breakfast in the...

Great hotel We stayed here when going to the Barclay Center for March Madness. We had two young boys with us but it was an Easy walk to the center as well as subway to NYC. Staff was very helpful. Price was reasonable. Would highly recommend. Make sure to go to Shake Shack across from Barclay Center Boys loved that.

Quiet Restful Stay Easy to find and easy to access. No parking problems for us with a 7p arrival. Breakfast was better than expected and the staff was very nice to us. We actually had no problems with our stay and would recommend this property for a trip to the area.

Clean, Small Room with a Great Staff This is a clean hotel, with smallish rooms, and a nice but very simple breakfast included. The downside to our experience was a very loud heater that came on intermittently during the night. Parking is limited and $30 per day, but what makes this experience better than we would have otherwise expected was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff....

Comfortable clean and friendly Nice location a little further than I thought from the Barclay however there were many restaurants, shops and pubs along the way in walking distance. Very friendly incredible hospitable staff. Parking was available for our entire stay. Full complimentary breakfast was excellent. Everyone was so courteous and helpful with recommendations for dining and activities. We will gladly return!

The lack of parking killed our experience here Overall the hotel was nice but I'm not sure we would stay here again. Once we got to the hotel (after a LONG drive from Boston) we were told that parking on site was limited and we should have reserved a spot prior to arrival. I was instantly annoyed because if we had known this, we would have called ahead....

Updated Review: Still Great I've now stayed in this hotel 3 more times since my last review and each time has been excellent. This last time, I was extremely impressed by the responsiveness of the manager. The hotel was extremely busy, sold out every night were were there over a weekend in March, and on our very first morning, I went down to breakfast...

Love this hotel We arrived around 12:45 and we were offered a room on the higher floors. I asked if there was a way to get a room on the fourth floor so we could use the steps to lobby and breakfast area versus elevators as that would work better for my husband who is suffering from dementia. Elexi McFarlane who checked us...
