Suday Chill I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites and booked one night and ended staying for two nights. Front desk was helpful, but the front desk manager in charge needs to take a couple of lessons in people skills as when you are handling a situation, customer is always right. Very comfortable - and excellent service Although the parking lot is relatively small, at least they have one - most other hotels in the area don't. The hotel is new, and although the rooms are on a smaller side, they are clean and comfortable. Super friendly staff - service was very good.

Wonderful place to stay This hotel is relatively new and is very conveniently located in the heart of Brooklyn, near Park Slope and The Barclay Center. Fairfield for the Family Very clean and quiet hotel with nice amenities. We had a couple of rooms for a family event and enjoyed the helpful staff and spacious (for New York) breakfast area. The art around the public areas is a very nice touch. Management of the facility takes a personal interest in the hotel which was evident form the attention to detail....

Nice plane; disappointiing billing This was a good choice for the part of Brooklyn I was visiting. It was a convenient walk from the Union/4th Ave subway station. The weekend was brutally cold but that was not the hotel's fault at all. My room was small; sitting and talking to a guest required moving furniture to accommodate the single chair.
