The quality of patient care given by the therapist, the PA is exceptional. However, I would say your front desk needs to be not so condescending and have a bit more patience.

Chioma, the NP, and Monique, the jack of all trades, were fantastic. They were friendly, caring, engaging, and seemed to enjoy doing what they do. Simply amazing.
