The session started ok but the therapist was focused on taking notes than listening to my words and body language and although I expressed doubt in the process, the message didn’t come across, and I’m not sure I will return. And to sink even lower, the receptionists was defensive when I asked about other therapists. Bad experience overall.

Overall great service and location but with some room for improvement. The CedarPark location has, in multiple occasions, had an empty front desk during the afternoon hours. This leaves patients waiting and confused as to how their appointments are being accounted for. And in multiple occasions, the technician for my appointments is not informed of my arrival.
Terrible experience from the beginning. First, they kept sending me emails to log into my portal to see new messages and forms I needed to fill out. Since I was a new patient, I didn't have a login and they didn't send me the instructions to log in. I tried to do it on the website, but there was no create account or forget/send password option.
