Dr. Greenwood took the time to understand everything I was concerned about, came up with a plan, explained it thoroughly to me, and executed the plan. She is approachable, gentle, and compassionate. I’ve never had a good experience with a dentist, and she put my fears to rest and made me feel at ease! I am so confident in her ability and expertise!
I have been using Family Dentistry for over 30 years and would never consider leaving. The complete staff has always been courteous, kind and professional. They have introduced the most up to date equipment to ensure the comfort of all their patients. Their advice and recommendations have been successful. I had my teeth cleaning with Carrie W. and she was wonderful. She took good care of me, did a thorough cleaning but most importantly was very patient with my fear with having work done with my teeth. I also saw Dr. C. Greenwood and she was wonderful too. I definitely recommend Family Dentistry of Blue Ash, they have a wonderful team and you feel very welcomed from the moment you step into their office. I had an emergency visit as a new patient. Everyone was so nice during my phone calls. They got me in right away. The team at Family Dentistry of Blue Ash is just that, a team...and a good one. I am scared to go to the dentist. They all were kind and friendly and set me at ease. I am sure I will be a patient from now on.
I am a new patient for the practice. Unfortunately I needed to reschedule twice, and then was late to my appointment. But no worries, the staff was friendly, patient and accommodating! Even though I was about 20 minutes late, the hygienist was patient and thorough and the dentist didn't rush my exam. The front office ladies were very nice and understanding and efficiently handled my arrival and departure. Finding new healthcare providers can be stressful, so I appreciate how easy the transition has been!
