We stayed at this house as a large family. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out indoors and out. The bedrooms are all large and offer plenty of space and private bathrooms. This is a great location with close proximity both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
We really enjoyed our stay. Vandy was super helpful and responded promptly to any question or co cern we had.

It’s not easy finding the right house for a big family. We love the fact that every bedroom was exactly the same and no one fought for the “better room”. Ample space for everyone whether it was the family room, game room ,pool or the covered patio. We spent a lot of time out side on the patio playing games. We truly go off of every review when we pick a place to stay. Vandy responded quickly to our questions. That area is pretty big and we were within 30 minutes of a lot of things and far enough away from all the congestion.... read more

Vandy was very responsive and helpful with all issues. Kids loved the game room. Views are beautiful. Wish there would have been a second refrigerator and shelving or a pantry for food. Bedrooms are large and comfort. Had a great vacation with my family. Great place to stay!!

The cabin was amazing and just as pictured but perhaps what was more amazing than the cabin and views were the amazing management team. They provided a detailed instructions prior to arrival that eliminated any potential issues that can arise when traveling with multiple families and were quick to respond to any questions that we had. A fabulous cabin and an even better management team equals the perfect experience.

We had a group of 16 stay in the house. House is well laid out and in good shape. Don't expect High level finishings or quality. This is a typical vacation cabin. There are probably 15 to 20 just like it in the same complex. No issues with parking or noise. WiFi was terrible at this location. They had Starlink with subpar wifi service. I believe most of the issue was the Starlink and not the WiFi though. Having more than a few people on WiFi pretty much crashed it. One of the games in the basement didn't work. The place was very clean and well-maintained, with nice new furniture and a spotless, comfortable bed. The place was fully stocked with all the basics, including soap, kitchen supplies, and more. The host was super responsive—when we noticed a missing piece in one of the game room tables, they delivered it within two hours! The only thing I wish they had was some charcoal or a better grill, but overall, it was a great stay.
