We celebrated our sons wedding with our large family. The cabin was spacious and beautiful. Brian was so helpful and friendly. We all had a fantastic time and will cherish the memories we made here!

This house was perfect for our family of 13. The pool room was warm and the kids enjoyed it daily. The pavilion was a great sport for morning coffee and making s'mores. Bryan is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying next time we go to Gatlinburg.

Plenty of room for our large family! Kids and adult kids had a blast! Location puts you close to all the attractions but far enough off the beaten path to still make it outdoorsy.

This home was very clean and spacious.The pillows and mattresses are very comfortable. Watching sunrise over mountains was relaxing. Need more than a few days to enjoy the cabins amenities and local attractions. 10 minutes from gas station and around 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge. With other cabins in area it was still very quiet. Brian was like a friend hadn't talked to in awhile. Very helpful from getting booked till departure. Found the pool heater had gone bad before arrival. Had one shipped overnight to fix problem. Had a few issues with the hot-tub. Check in was at 4pm and the hot-tub temp was extremely low. We turned the temp all the way up, however It never reached comfortable temps for usage the first night. The second night, the hot tub was fully heated, however It was a bit slimy and had a smell to the water. Hot tub is a major selling point for me when selection any stay on vacation so our group was a bit disappointed.

Hi Michael, I'm really sorry to hear that. I wish you had let us know—we could have sent someone to check in person. The sulfur smell comes from the well water, which is completely safe. Our neighboring cabins experience the same thing. As for the temperature, the day you arrived, we had another guest checking out, and our cleaners were working until 4 PM. It usually takes about three hours for the temperature to return to normal after cleaning. Anyways, we apologize and have a safe travel.
