My husband and myself have been going to Dr. Matievich for the last 4 years and are very very happy. Both of us have terrible teeth to begin with and have had previous not so greta experiences at other places. What I like most about this place is they really make an effort to take care of your problem at the earliest and the right way. Dr. Joe is an amazing dentist! His staff is so wonderful and always happy to help. From my very first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Joe took his time to talk to me and explained to me the procedures I needed to have done and made sure all my questions were answered which made me feel more comfortable. His staff always have a smile on their faces and also go out of their way dealing with my insurance (we all know can be a hassle). I do not understand any negative review for this dentist office. Literally everyone that works in this office is super friendly and always smiling. The dental hygienists here are bar none the best and most informative hygienists ive ever had, and ive been to alot of dentist offices. I had to get a few procedures done here including a root canal and a crown which ive never had done before and have only heard the "horror" stories of getting a root canal! I dont get it! I have been burned before by shady dentists who try to drill holes in my teeth to line their pockets a little deeper (which I do not appreciate for obvious reasons). I have generally excellent oral health and am leary of new dentists since having a few very bad experiences. Finally my nomad days are over and my family is ready to settle down with a dentist and after a lot of research I decided to go for Dr. Matievich. My husband and I have been going to Family Smiles for over a year now and we just decided to try our children out there. We have been very happy with Dr. Matievich as he is very professional and caring. Our whole family of 4 has received care from Dr. Matievich and staff for about 5 years. We are very pleased with the care we receive. The office is clean, the dental practice provides services that are efficient and complete. The office staff are very friendly, helpful and it is obvious that they enjoy working there. I couldn't disagree more. Dr. Matievich is fantastic. I have throughout my life dreaded the dentist. His team is great - and I LOVE my crown.... My whole family really likes this dentist!!! (Great with kids)
