We went to the soft opening tonight and it was excellent! The staff were amazing, the food was even better!
The burger was perfect! The quality of the beef is evident from the first bite. The farm to table concept is really working for them. I love to cook, and to have the opportunity to enjoy a meal well prepared with quality ingredients, was an awesome experience. The fries are well seasoned and ketchup is not even needed because it will mask the perfectly seasonings selected for the sweet potato fries and the regular fries. They even had homemade pickles!! Love the different and unusual options for toppings. Particularly today's special - grass-fed burger with Swiss chard, sautéed onions, fried onions and garlic aioli. Added some Wisconsin cheddar cheese and a side of mayo. Yum! The fries were great, too. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Love the concept. Will be back!
We went today for lunch and loved every bite! The staff members were all so friendly and attentive. Scott, the manager is AMAZING!! He is a wonderful leader for the Huntsville location. I can't wait to go back and will definitely refer all of my friends and family.
