I got a cheeseburger, fries, and a Coke. total was $13 and some change and after the tip, it exceeded $15. For that kind of money I can go to the Outback Steakhouse and have steak and lobster instead of a mediocre and overpriced cheeseburger and cold fries.
Hamburger was dry and tasteless, Mine was cooked okay, but my friends burger ordered medium well was rare, We didn't have to wait long for the food, but would have waited another couple of minutes if it was cooked correctly. Won't be back.
Won't be back. This is the third time I've received the wrong order (to go). The last two times I just scraped the miscellaneous mess off of the burger and made the best of it. This time it was SO wrong, I called so the correct order would be ready when we arrived. THE MANAGER informed me that the order that we received was what was ordered, in spite of it being specifically NOT what was discussed. Terrible service. Food came out wrong, because order taker could not care less about us. Never received fries that we ordered. Very disappointing.

spent 38 bucks and my order was wrong, asked for them to fix it and never heard from them again. waited 15 minutes then just left.
Farm Burger has a lot of room for improvement. We enjoy the food; however, we do not enjoy interacting with the employees. The last time we went to Farm Burger, I asked if I could order a vegan burger with the kids meal for my toddler. The person taking my order said they could do that. My husband steps up to order and all of the sudden the kitchen staff and other service staff interrupt his order saying that they couldn’t make a kids vegan burger. We don't usually eat out but chose this spot as a treat last night. The impossible burger (medium cooked) was great, but I was very, very sick all night and morning, post meal. Very slow service during lunch. I suggest asking for a throw away plastic cup because my “clean” cup had lipstick all over the rim. My fries were good but I couldn’t eat my burger because it wasn’t cooked the way I asked, and was bland despite having sauces and onions all over it. Save your money and go to five guys.
