We are new to the area and Farraddays came up first in the Open Table list of restaurants in Pompano. It happens to be very, very close to us so we decided to go there for wedding anniversary dinner after reviewing the menu. For sure, we will become regulars. We found this restaurant on Open Table and decided to give it a try...and we were amazed at the quality of food and service. This restaurant far exceeded our expectations. The menu was extensive and it was difficult to choose, so we sampled many items and all were found to be outstanding. We can not wait to go back, and would recommend this to anybody looking for a great steakhouse.
We had a memorable experience at Farraddays. Earl, our waiter, was always there when we needed him and made sure we were happy but not pushed. The BBQ shrimp appetizer was very good and the bone-in filet was cooked to perfection. For a great experience....ASK FOR EARL.
Went for Dine out Lauderdale. They did not have menu. But was told it was Tile fish or Cowgirl ribeye. Only one waiter in the entire restaurant. The busboy had to take our order someone else got our wine order. The appetizer was served before our wine order was even made. We asked them to slow down and not bring any more food until we were ready. The restaurant was empty. Very unusual experience , horrible food at Farraday’s, have been there many times and last night was a letdown. I ordered the wedge salad and the only filet mignon on the menu, neither was satisfactory…. will attach pictures of the filet mignon. Our Server, Gary , was the opposite of “welcoming” the opposite of “couldn’t do enough for us” ….. he was quite in the mood of he couldn’t be bothered. This Resturant was very clean the waiter was exceptional and the service was great. The only con was the food had no taste comparing to other restaurants like Kaluz, yardhouse were the price is less expensive and the food is much better as for as flavor and more enjoyable. I don’t think I will dine at this Resturant again because I am not going to waste my money on tasteless expensive food.

Have been going to this restaurant for many years. This was the worst diner I ever had. It was to have been lobster thermidor . Cut lobster with a cream sauce in the shell. This was a lobster tale on top of shell with some sauce. The corn on the cob was burnt. The potatoes augratin were think pieces with no cheese flavor. Lobster tail was tough. Not worth the price. It seems the chief is making the wrong choices. The quality of the food has changed. They need to go back to what made them a wonderful restaurant.

The server was less than par. It was the first time in 20 years I have tipped a server 15% Do not judge your table because we are all woman !!! I am a 25% tipper. The backup server was mire attentive than the server. I gave him $20.00 !
