Worst Porterhouse ever. Server saw all of the wasted food but never made inquiry why. Wanted Prime Rib but ran out by 6:30. Poor management

unfortunately, after 20 minutes and nobody approached me to even say hi or take my order. I ended up having to go back up to the front to ask who my server was.

I was a single dinner. I was literally put in a corner. My server, Marcho, was way too busy to interact with me. He never greeted me. He just came to the table and was like what do you want? He forgot my soda until after my dinner was already served. He was like this with every table. Not sure if his first day? But he might be better in a different role. The gentlemen that set the table, filled my water and brought my food were excellent. This was my first time at this location. I was hoping for a better experience.

Had a horrible dinner ruining my wife’s Birthday. I Do not recommend going to this location. From the pictures I expected a much more refined dinning room which it was not. So understaffed the host was taking our order and it was incorrect. Food was not timed to the table having to wait for everything to arrive. Food was spilled when served and my steak was not the quality and cut it should be at the price. In the end even the check was incorrect and it took forever to flag anyone down to help correct it. Our waiter was very nervous and always in a hurry and was not in the mood to explain some of the dishes. Food was not that great the onion soup was awful tasted like they pored a bottle of Worcestershire sauce in it. Our waiter was not mean just wasn’t into his job.

I made reservation on line but no one must have read the notes. The occasion was for a birthday party for my wife’s cousin “78” birthday. I did not make a scene about the lack of anyone’s concern. One of the orders was wrong but the waiter did not at all seem upset. I had used my $100 celebrity award for the dinner. I have been at Ramsey’s in Virginia and know you can do better. Sorry about the poor rating.

We hadn't eaten there in a couple of years. We remember having a great time and the food and service were excellent. Things have changed!!! They didn't have the lamb chops (like they have featured on their website) or any of the fish dishes that were on the menu and since I didn't want a steak, I opted to have the prime rib sandwich. We did not have the best experience. Hostess was rude. Server was a bit odd and slow throughout the meal. Both meals were subpar. Chicken was extremely dry and shrimp pasta had two shrimp and watery sauce.
