I love the Honey Nut and Cacao Chip. The lemon berry bar is really bad and has a strong, bitter chemical taste. I got 3 boxes during the bogo sale and am stuck with them, unfortunately. I contacted customer service and was sent a form email back saying no returns are allowed. Oh, well. I'll continue to buy the flavors I like, but it seems that a lot of people complain about the berry flavors to no avail.

I have one of these bars on the days that I fast for 24 hrs and occasionally during a shorter fast. I have tried the lemon and blueberry bars and really like them.

They are the least processed bars I have seen with real ingredients . Taste is very real and you can see ingredients. They are great for intermittent fasting, keeping your body in fast mode, but giving you fuel. Great for travel, a late night snack and also a before /after workout snack.
