RecommendedThese bars are great. They taste like nuts. A great way to add some healthy fats to your day. I think if one can't do a water fast then using a bar for 1 meal a day will help introduce them to fasting. If you can water fast, go to it. Don't listen to the trolls on this page.
RecommendedThe Fast Bars are great. They are very satisfying as well. They taste likes nuts and honey. Who could resist them? If you haven't tried them yet now is the time. Eat one for breakfast and fast till lunch. Have a nice cup of tea. They will keep you going until lunchtime.. a great way to get in some natural fats. Can't wait for the new flavors to arrive.

I am very disappointed in Fast Bar customer service. Awhile back, I placed an order for bars and selected a discount code that was available. In addition, it was encouraged to sign up for auto-ship as this gave you an additional 10 percent discount. When the next shipment arrived and the bill was received I was astounded to see that I was charged over $50 more than the previous order - for the exact same product! Deceptive Advertising I feel that your advertising is deceptive. I don't know how you can advertise a bar that does not break a fast when it clearly does. And it's the absolute worst way to break a fast. It's loaded with carbs, which spike insulin levels (despite the fiber content), and balanced with very little protein. What a horrible way to break a fast. I'm sorry I bought so many. I will have to use them as pre-workout bars.

I tried the fast bar subscription and decided to cancel my next shipment ahead of the deadline because I still had plenty of product left. I went on the website and submitted my cancellation request and reason for cancelling. However a few days later I got a notification that my next shipment was confirmed and I was billed again.
