RecommendedI like them for intermittent fasting and use one every morning with Black Coffee. Alert! They just downsized the bar from 4.55 ounces to 4.4 ounces but kept the price point the same. Also, the bar no longer has the soft oily flavor. It is dry. "if it ain't broke don't fix it!" Disappointing!

RecommendedI love the taste of the fast bar. On days that I would like to do a water fast but have medication to take, I use the fast bar as a means to have something on my stomach. Not only do it take great but it is also filling.
