After being asked by more than one staff member (including a nurse practitioner) if I had a cough as a symptom, the provider called in a cough syrup to treat what I was told was a sinus infection. I spent 2 days trying to chase down a prescription that I was finally told was an over the counter nasal spray. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any medical treatment facility.
